Fantastic experience with James. Quick to respond and quick to book an appointment with me. Warm welcome and spent lots of time going through the details of the car to make sure I was happy with the car. Allowed to test drive for 20 minutes which allowed me to really get a feel for the car. Firstly this is a genuine buyer review I (like you) am suspect of overly ‘glowing’ reviews on line! I’d just like to thank James for his help, patience and attention to detail which made my purchase of Jeep Grand Cherokee stress free and pleasant experience. The transaction was ‘click and collect’ due to the current COVID restrictions and also my distance from James’ location. I was given a very accurate and honest appraisal of the car backed with hi res photos from the website. This gave me the assurance I need to pay a deposit and arrange finance before calling to collect he car. The trade in price for my car was very fair and his assessment very pragmatic . On collecting the car my expectations were exceeded in terms of how the car was presented it all looked almost new, every minor flaw in the bodywork had been sorted to an extremely high standard. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or manipulated to close the deal.

It requires a tremendous amount of trust when buying a car unseen and from another country. James Wright had a Porsche 911 for sale that seemed like the car for me. Being based in France during Covid restrictions I couldn't get to them and I knew no-one in the area to visit either. So, relying solely on the information given and on conversations with James, I handed over the money and trusted my instincts on the purchase. Well, all I can say is that James Wright and his colleagues were absolutely straight and true. All details about the car were correct, all the information I had been given was true and it is fair to say that they went beyond the call of duty in providing every minute detail I asked for. The car was prepared beautifully, to within an inch of it's life - that is to say that they made a tremendous effort to make the car look like new - it was 11 years old. Wheels were removed and wheel arches made immaculate. Honestly , the service was quite frankly impeccable.
